Oops! Caught in the act by the mirror, taking a useless bathroom photo! The horror!

This is a really nice looking laundry room. I can certainly see why the REALTOR® chose to include it in the photos, rather than to leave it out (like I recommend with most laundry rooms). The photo would benefit from being shot at a more normal angle, and using a wide angle lens.

No Joke - Actual MLS Photo

One of many too-close-up zoomed-in shots of laundry equipment and a tiny portion of the laundry room/area. It’s always hard to get a good shot of tiny rooms, even with a wide-angle lens. Never attempt to shoot small rooms without a wide-angle lens.

Laundry rooms are almost always too small for even a wide-angle lens, and usually are too messy to photograph anyway. I’d leave it out, especially when the laundry pair and the decor are in need of updating.

Laundry rooms never look good. Ever. This one is worse because it’s all fuzzy and out of focus, and too much door frame is in the picture.
