A grainy, pixelated shot of mostly ceiling. This is of little value and we can’t even really tell what we’re looking at here. Make sure you use the high-quality setting on your camera and take lots of pictures so you can post the best ones.

This shot is so pixelated, crooked, blown-out, and blurry that it’s difficult to tell what we’re looking at! I would be embarrassed if I was the seller and this was how my home was being presented to the world. Wouldn’t you?

Blurry, crooked, and dark, make this today’s Horrible MLS Photo. Turn on a few lights, and use a tripod. Always double-check your images to ensure that they’re straight-on. This is easily fixed with the cropping tool on most image editing software.

Every time I see a picture like this, I die a little inside . There’s just nothing good about this photo. It’s blurry, poorly composed, and there is not enough light. If the room is too small to be captured by your camera adequately, then either don’t shoot that room, or get a wide-angle lens which can do the job correctly.
