Great. What is it?
I believe this is one of those newfangled tankless hot water heaters. But, does a picture of it really belong in the MLS photos? And can the average home buyer tell this apart from a Mr. Fusion Home Energy Reactor?

Left in the dark 
We have no clue as to what this room is. Digital cameras have long had a great advantage over film: the view screen function. If your photo is dim and dark like this, there’s no excuse for not re-taking it. And even if you get home and upload your new listing photos – why on earth would this one be included!?
