Horrible MLS Photo Of The Day #733

It’s nice when a home is staged professionally – it really helps to ‘set off’ an empty home and allows a buyer to more easily envision living in the space. However, agents should take caution with photographs such as the one above. Not only is the glare from the windows distracting, but the focus of the photo is on the staged dining room table, and not the dining room itself. A better shot would be to take in the whole room, offering context to the viewer. The table likely won’t be included in the sale, so show us the room around the table instead.
