This looks awkward and is of limited value. It would be hard to shoot, even with a better, wide-angle lens. Best to leave shots like this out; they make the place look small.

oooo, I actually kinda like this one. Visually appealing. Although, I do know what you mean about it being of low-value for a real-estate photo.
