Look out Beloooooooooow!
I think a photo from the stairs or loft above a living room is an awesome way to showcase a room, but in this case it looks like the REALTOR® was leaning over a little too far and the shot looks like it was taken as the agent was falling to his or her untimely demise.

wow, what a difference a cropping makes. I’m not sure how you did it (i.e. even knew what modification to make) but the 2nd photo is much better / less vertigo.
Its a nice looking living room, for sure
