Horrible MLS Photo Of The Day #200
September 20th, 2008

Number 200! 200 days of Horrible MLS Photos! What a ride it’s been so far. As the days go by, more and more people tell me that they’ve seen the photos and are learning from them, which is the ultimate goal of all of this. I had an agent tell me the other day that his clients had seen the blog, and asked him to please make sure that his photos were perfect so they didn’t end up here!
I’m sure you can tell what I’m going to say about this one. This tight shot of the fireplace is crooked, and very poorly composed. The photo would look better shot wider, and at an angle, and by not cutting off the two chairs. Context is more important than content in many cases.
See all the usual suspects here.
