“Pot of Gold?”
Regular readers of this blog will know how I feel about tight shots of plumbing fixtures, appliances, or ceiling fans. They don’t belong because they tell the buyer NOTHING about your listing! This is the worst yet – actually including a shiny pot set in the shot? Not only are they very likely not included, but you can’t even see the appliance they’re sitting on!

Wow. What to say? I wonder how the rest of the house presented? Perhaps there’s a target niche market of buyers looking for pots and pans to be included in the sale? If so, they’ve struck gold!
